Owners and staff are accommodating, friendly-yes-but more importantly a "no nonsense" policy that allows this place to stay quiet at night is enforced by them.

4/5 general shore access but 3/5 if you strictly want to be 'on the water' without driving.

The semi-busy highway is right in front of it but goes a little further back to where charming residential streets are, the immediate view changes from asphalt.

An older roadside motel but extremely clean, obviously proud housekeeping staff who take personal interest and investment in their work.

No restaurant on-premise. However, within walking distance, there are diners and delis.

Functional and retro; good enough comfort for a sleep but not the type you would want to sit on all day long.
